Our move was going to be from soCal to London. Izzies team came in, were extremely professional checked everything and gave us a reasonable quote which had extra services like storage for a month and delivery anywhere in a 100 mile radius.
At the last minute my job plans changed and my move instead of London became to norCal. Everything we owned was already on a container pass customs, 2 days before it was supposed to be shipped to UK.
Izzie managed all the paper work, got the things pulled out buried deep within a container, stored it for 2 months and then had it sent to norcal when we were settled.
Throughout the process he was always accessible, answering and returning calls and emails, but most importantly he was very transparent, honest and upfront. He really could have taken advantage of our situation but instead he helped us and guided us and took away a lot of stress associated with the situation we had found ourselves in.
I don't usually write a review, but Izzie and Legends have gone so far above and beyond our expectation that I feel obligated to.
In an industry with a rightful bad reputation, Legends international is that one company that stands out for their honesty and professionalism. I've used corporate assigned movers in the past, and the service provided by these guys was much better at less than half the price.

The team at Legend international movers should be trusted with your prize possessions and key items. I recently started a job which located me from LA to Vancouver Canada. They sent a guy who was very very helpful and informative. Telling me key things so I do not have problems at customs or with travel in general.
Even when I hit a problem with financing they lowered the price to help accommodate my move. They held on to my goods for a month without charge and they got my PC across which is my livelihood. If I lost that, that would of been huge but the people at legend took care of the PC and shipped it in a reasonable time.
The only thing that broke was a Wine glass. One wine glass and that to me is nothing. So Thank you International for being a shining light in a industry so plagued with bad service and outright scams.
The other catch is that Legend will ship to the country but has sub contractors that operate locally in your country you are moving to. I wish I knew this but the cost was covered for this pipeline and nothing changed in original pricing, if anything I got a good service for a reduced price.
This company earned my trust, earned my business and I will tell my friends to use this service if they need to be international contractors as well.

How much notice do I need to book a move?
The amount of notice required depends on the nature of your move. We recommend that you book your international removal four to six weeks prior to departure. You should allow one to two weeks notice for an Interstate removal and three to four weeks notice is generally sufficient for a Local move. These suggested lead times will allow us to secure and confirm your booking for your preferred dates and give you sufficient time to prepare for your move. Our Moving Planners contain a useful time-line schedule of helpful tips to guide you through the process and have you ready for moving day.
Please note that a greater leader time is required for moves planned for the peak Summer period.
You can pack your own boxes but if there are any breakages in those boxes, we will take no responsibility nor will these items be covered by insurance, except in the event of the total loss of the carton in which case the maximum value of each carton is deemed to be $500 - please refer Insurance Policy Wording. Can I pack my own removal boxes?
You can call one of offices on Legend International Transport to speak to a Moving Consultant and arrange a no obligation free quotation. Alternatively, please complete the on-line quotation request form on our home page, in which case a King & Wilson Moving Consultant will contact you within 1 working day to arrange a no obligation free quotation.
How do I obtain a removal quotation?
You are not expected to do this. However, providing tea, coffee & water for our staff is much appreciated
Am I expected to give the removal crew any food or drinks when they are working?
How do I pay for my move?
We accept cash, money order, money wire, bank check and credit cards*. Personal check. A 2.75 % merchant fee surcharge will be applied to all Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard payments. A 3.5% merchant fee surcharge will be applied to all American Express and Diners Card payments.
This depends on the number of items we are moving and the ease of access. Your Moving Coordinator will be able to advise you of the approximate time we expect your move to take.
How long will my removal take?
Yes, there are some things that we cannot move. Most of these items fall under the classification of Prohibited Goods. A full list of prohibited goods is available from our Moving Support pages.
Are there things I can’t move?
Payment for the move need to be done on the day of move, any changes to the estimate need to be paid no later than 7 business days from pick-up date.
When do I need to pay for my removal?
Do I need to be present during the moving process?
You do not need to be present for the entire packing and moving process. However, if you are unable to attend in person, it is important that you nominate an authorized representative to allow our crews access to you home and be present to observe and sign the compilation of your packing inventory for all interstate, storage and international moves.
Yes, we can move most dry and tinned foodstuffs. It is highly recommended not to pack or move opened bottles of liquids or other spoilable foodstuffs.
